AAC Capital invests in mid-market Benelux companies to accelerate growth. Since 2001, we invested nearly €800 mln, realising 29 buyouts, 70 add-on acquisitions and 21 exits in the Benelux region.

We are investing from our third, Benelux-focussed fund. AAC Capital enjoys commitment of blue-chip institutional investors from Europe, North America and the Middle East. Among our investors are Pension Funds, Insurance Companies, Fund of Funds, Family Offices and Sovereign Wealth Funds.

We are growth-oriented investor, with a solid track record in assisting businesses with autonomous and acquisitive growth, in Europe and beyond. We look for ambitious, sector-leading management teams up for the challenge. We lead buyouts of up to €150 mln.
